Savory was the registered owner of the vessel Victor I. The vessel was demise chartered to Ceto under a charterparty dated 28February 2019, as supplemented by an addendum dated 24December 2019. By clause 35.1 of the charterparty, the period of charter was to commence on the delivery date and was to terminate 36 months after the delivery date. It was common ground that the termination date was 1 April 2022.
