Admiralty - Arrest - Wrong defendant - Setting aside - Wrongful arrest

The claimant, CSC, entered into a voyage charterparty with Opportunities, the registered owner of the vessel Lingyang. The charterparty provided for "loading at one safe port or [safe ship-to-ship] STS location at safety outside-Port-Limit (OPL) anchorage of MEG including Oman, Fujairah or Khor Fakkan in Charterers' option". Disputes were to be resolved by arbitration in Singapore.
