A demur Frenchman best caught the zeitgeist at Cristina Caffarra's proclaimed "Woodstock of Antitrust", the impressively curated 2024 "Antitrust, Regulation and the Next World Order" Brussels talkfest. In a mid-afternoon panel themed "Antitrust as Agent for Change", president of the Autorité de la Concurrence Benoît Cœuré joked: "There is a lot of boasting around."
