European Commission issues statement of objections to panel maker for misleading statements during merger investigation

The European competition watchdog has sent a statement of objections to Kingspan, the Ireland-based manufacturer of insulating panels and other building materials and solutions, saying that the company provided "incorrect, incomplete and misleading information" during the Commission's 2021 investigation into Kingspan's proposed acquisition of Slovenian counterpart Trimo.
