At the end of January antitrust iconoclast Dr Cristina Caffarra held her conference, "Antitrust Regulation and the Next World Order", in Brussels. A significant part of the antitrust establishment had some trouble in absorbing, never mind accepting, the scale and nature of the challenge laid out by Dr Caffarra.
