Kennedys appoints partner in Scotland

Kennedys has appointed Anne Kentish as a partner in Scotland, based in Edinburgh. She is joined by legal director Colette Finnieston. Kentish joins Kennedys having spent 10 years at Clyde & Co, where she latterly led the professional indemnity team in Scotland. She has specialised in professional negligence litigation for over 25 years and has particular expertise in defending legal professionals facing negligence claims and services and conduct complaints.
