Official injury claim portal and the whiplash reforms roundtable

The Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL) recently held an “Official Injury Claim and the Whiplash Reforms Roundtable” which discussed the whiplash reforms and the Official Injury Claim (OIC) Portal. FOIL noted that the Civil Liability Act 2018 made changes to the claims process for low-value road traffic accident (RTA) related personal injury claims, the majority of which are “whiplash” claims.
