Six per cent of UK adult population have food allergy
Around 6 per cent of the UK adult population has a food allergy, according to a new report from the Food Standards Agency. The “Patterns and Prevalence of Adult Food Allergy (PAFA)” report is a large study into the prevalence of food allergies in the adult population in the UK.
