US 2023-2024 Judicial Hellholes report released

The latest edition of the US “2023–2024 Judicial Hellholes” report from the American Tort Reform Foundation (ATRF) has revealed what it calls “an unprecedented scenario”. Both Georgia and Pennsylvania’s courts, specifically the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, share the distinction of jointly being named the year’s No 1 Judicial Hellholes.
