Proposed changes to ICAEW’s PI insurance arrangements

The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales Regulatory Board have published its consultation on proposed changes to ICAEW’s professional indemnity insurance (PII) arrangements. According to Kennedys, the main aim of the consultation is to ensure transparency and consistency with its duty to act in the public interest.
