Requested withdrawal of admission after the change of view by expert at inquest

There are good reasons why early admissions should be made before an inquest. However, a recent case indicates that defendants, particularly NHS Trusts, need to be aware that experts might alter their opinions in court, which could have serious consequences for the outcome of civil proceedings.
