R (on the application of Ali Zaki Mousa and others) v Secretary of State for Defence (No 2) [2013] EWHC 2941 (Admin)

After it was decided that a coroner’s inquest was the most appropriate form of inquiry to comply with the investigative duties of the Secretary of State for Defence under the ECHR, into claims about ill-treatment or killing of civilians by British armed forces in Iraq, the High Court has described the form that such inquiries should take.
