Defence of no contract prevents enforcement of adjudicator’s decision

The claimant sought to enforce the decision of an adjudicator, but the defendant resisted enforcement on the ground that the parties had not entered into a contractual relationship, with the consequence that the adjudicator did not have jurisdiction over the dispute.
