Definition of a business
EFRAG’s final submission to the IASB on its proposed changes to the definition of a business say that the European Commission’s adviser welcomes the simplification of the standard. However, it has doubts about the screening mechanism and would prefer different examples. It also stresses the importance of remaining converged with the US.
