Ruling on aggregation of WTC respiratory claims

The London Commercial Court has dismissed an appeal in relation to the aggregation of claims made against the Port Authority of New York (PONY). In the case which arises from claims for respiratory illnesses by 10,000 first responders, fire fighters, police officers and construction workers who cleared up the debris of the World Trade Center (WTC) towers following the events of 9/11.
