New compulsory protocol for Scottish personal injury claims
DWF has said that Scottish personal injury claims will become more streamlined with the introduction of a compulsory protocol. New rules have come into force (on 28 November 2016) for personal injury claims up to the value of £25,000, designed to reduce costs, streamline the court process and regulate pre-litigation behaviour in Scotland, said DWF.
