Deloitte Brazil audit deceit cover-up costs it US$8 million fine

US auditing watchdog the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) has
fined Deloitte Brazil (Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Auditores Independentes) US$8
million for falsifying audit reports, then trying to cover up the violations
through more false documents and testimony.
