UK consults on monetary penalties model for sanctions violations
A civil monetary penalties regime for breaches of UK sanctions, framed in the Policing and Crime Bill currently on its way through Parliament, is the subject of an HM Treasury consultation, which runs until 26 January 2017. [1]
