UK review procedure to be changed
The Conduct Committee of the UK Financial Reporting Council (FRC) carries out enforcement reviews of the financial statements of UK companies. Following a review of its own procedures, it has decided to publicise the outcomes of all the reviews it has carried out, although this will be done in the first instance in the annual reports of companies concerned.
