A varied selection of 162 old and new cases, mostly presented in the familiar style: case name, a reference to one of the reports (usually from one of the unofficial series), a brief summary of the facts and decision, plus a short extract from the judgment. This edition has the advantage of reverting to its former, pocket-sized format.
