ENCYCLOPEDIA OF SHIPPING LAW SOURCES (U.K.) SERVICE ISSUE No. 4. This encyclopedia was reviewed in [1986] 3 LMCLQ 402. The latest service issue contains two notable additions, viz., the admiralty provisions of the Supreme Court Act 1981 (ss. 20-24) and a second Part to the section on Statutory Instruments, devoted to the Collision Regulations 1983. In addition, a further Part encompasses Rules of the Supreme Court, including Ord. 72 (commercial proceedings), Ord. 75 (admiralty proceedings) and the form of order for production of documents in a marine insurance action. Also included are the Merchant Shipping (Certification of Deck Officers) Regulations 1985, the Merchant Shipping (Sterling Equivalents) (No. 2) Order 1985 and the Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations 1985.
