Nuclear reaction – UN & EU tighten sanctions on North Korea

The EU has recently expanded its sanctions against the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), reflecting the adoption of Resolution 2270 (2016) by the UN Security Council (UNSC) in March this year.
