JAWORSKI JOINS PZU MANAGEMENT BOARD AS PIETRYSZYN DEPARTS

Andrzej Jaworski has been appointed a member of the management board at Polish insurer PZU. Jaworski joined the board with effect from May 14, and will serve three financial years on the board. Meanwhile, PZU management board member Robert Pietryszyn has resigned from his role. Pietryszyn will leave both PZU’s management board and the management board of one of the company’s subsidiaries, Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń na Życie Spółka Akcyjna.
