E-cigarettes should be promoted, says RCP
A new report from the Royal College of Physicians (RCP) has concluded that e-cigarettes should be widely promoted as a substitute for smoking. The report, âNicotine without smoke: tobacco harm reduction,â concluded that e-cigarettes are likely to be beneficial to UK public health. âSmokers can therefore be reassured and encouraged to use them, and the public can be reassured that e-cigarettes are much safer than smoking,â it said.
