Fraudulent claimant successfully prosecuted
BLM has successfully ensured the prosecution of a man bringing a fraudulent claim, with a total value in excess of £50,000, against Oldham Council. The claimant had alleged that he had fallen down an open manhole whilst looking for his dog on derelict council property.
