Disclosure of non-financial information
DG FISMA has also opened a consultation designed to feed into the preparation of guidelines on the disclosure of non-financial information. The guidelines will amplify the requirements on the Directive on disclosure of non-financial and diversity information by certain large undertakings and groups.
