Fish benefits outweigh methylmercury risks, says EFSA
The benefits of consuming seafood, especially during pregnancy, outweigh
any risks from methylmercury, according to an analysis by the European Food Safety
Authority (EFSA)’s Panel on Dietetic Products, Nutrition and Allergies (NDA).
