12.1 Target

Obviously, the person aiming at the target, the person claiming, must be a person insured under the policy. In the case of a company this may be not only the company itself but officers and employees of the company. In the case of a partnership it is desirable that cover extends, as it may well, not only to current partners but also to former partners, as well as the persons named in the policy schedule such as employees.
