Evolution

29.01 There were two Resolutions adopted at the 1860 Glasgow Conference which have a bearing on the development of the present Rule. They were:

(9) That when the amount of expenses is less than the value of the property finally saved, the contributing values of ship, freight and cargo, ought to be their values to the owners of them respectively, at the termination of the adventure.
