CHINA 3.1 Which laws apply to arbitration in China? The PRC Arbitration Law (“Arbitration Law”), effective as of 1 September 1995, applies to arbitration in the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”). This law is not applicable in the Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macau.
