GENERAL FORMS AND AGREEMENTS

In addition to the standard mediator agreements there is a subset of agreements that are used in international disputes dealing with complex infrastructure projects 1and in which the parties chose, prior to any dispute arising, to have the services of either a mediation panel or a specific mediator(s) in place to assist should the need arise.
