Conditions - Liability to indemnify road carrier in respect of loss of goods in transit. Limitation of liability - R.H.A. Conditions, 1961, cl. 20 - R.H.A. Conditions, 1967 - "£800 per ton" on "gross weight as computed for purpose of charges" - Appropriate weight.
