Insurance-Motor insurance-Building worker paid by employers to transport fellow. employee in his car-Policy covering use by assured "in person in connection with his business"-Whether driver uninsured- Claim by injured passenger.-Notice of claim given to insurers-Whether notice of "proceedings" within Road Traffic Act, 1960, Sect. 207 (2) (a).
