Appeal concerning findings on location of accident

Clements - Siddall v Dunbobbin Hotels Ltd [2023] EWCA Civ 1300

In an unusual claim under the Congenital Disabilities (Civil Liability) Act 1976, there was an appeal by the claimant which centred on findings by the trial judge in respect of the location of an accident which was sustained by the mother of a child born with serious disabilities. The Court of Appeal overturned the judge's findings on the facts.
