Leave AML guidance to the professions, says Law Society

Professional bodies should retain responsibility for drafting anti-money laundering guidance as they are best placed to identify the AML/CFT risks their members face, says the Law Society of England and Wales in its response HM Treasury’s consultation on the UK AML/CFT supervisory regime. [1]
