Chapter I.2.120

PROTOCOL ON THE INTERPRETATION, BY THE COURT OF JUSTICE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, OF THE CONVENTION ON THE SERVICE IN THE MEMBER STATES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION OF JUDICIAL AND EXTRAJUDICIAL DOCUMENTS IN CIVIL AND COMMERCIAL MATTERS, 1997

This document was removed by Service Issue 38.

The Convention (I.2.110) and Protocol (I.2.120) never entered into force and following a change in the legal basis for judicial cooperation in civil matters within the European Union following the Treaty of Amsterdam in 1997, an EC Regulation with the same substance was introduced.
